“Industrial Solution Print Bank (ISPB)” Marking station:
The Industrial Solution Print Bank will be marking black PE pipes with high contrast white ink. The ISPB combines a Wiedenbach CS 407 inkjet printer and a Domino F220i fiber laser.
The Quick Design software is used for print copy writing and print control – it can quickly and easily create labels, formats, and affects at any time for the Wiedenbach and Domino marking systems.
The A520i inkjet coder gives reliable performance at the lowest total cost of ownership. The A520i continuous inkjet printer with the service free i-Tech ink system will be demonstrated printing onto PE cables with a durable black ink.
Built for high print speeds up to 1300m / min, the CS 405 inkjet printer is ideally suited for coding cables, pipes, profiles, switches and connectors with light pigmented and fast drying inks. The printer shown at the booth, combined with a rewinding unit, will demonstrate high speed ring marking on optical fibres with a black fast drying ink. A connected scanner can be used for the code selection. The printer’s functions are, like all Wiedenbach printers, remotely accessible via the web-based “Command Control System” (CCS).
